Return Policy & Process

Here at theCHIVERY we want you to be 104% happy with your order. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, please return the item(s) for an exchange or refund. All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. We don't accept returns or exchanges after the 30-day period. All returned items must be in the original condition you received them in. We do NOT accept blemished items for return or exchange. Note that the shipping fee is not refundable.

All returns require a 1-2 week processing period. 

Please send your return with an insured courier, preferably one with a tracking number. 

We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
