Processing & Production Time

Most apparel items, including shirts and graphic merchandise, are made and prepared to order.Please allow 7–10 business days for processing before shipment.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $125 (after discounts, before tax) within the contiguous United States.

William Murray Golf Items

Products from William Murray Golf are fulfilled and shipped directly from their warehouse.

If your order contains both William Murray Golf and Chivery items:

  • Items will ship separately

  • Each shipment will have its own tracking

  • Separate shipping fees will apply for each brand

This ensures you receive each item as quickly as possible from the appropriate fulfillment location.

We ship using major carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on destination and package type.
Estimated delivery times are calculated after processing is complete.
