COVID-19 Statement

Here at The Chivery, our customers' safety and satisfaction is our number one priority.

Due to the uncertainty surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, there are some extra precautions and notes we wanted to ensure our customers were aware of before making purchases.

Production

Due to extra cleanliness steps being taken, as well as caution being taken in our shipping and fulfillment facility, some orders may take up to 10 business days to process, then ship. We appreciate your patience as we prepare orders in the quickest and safest manner possible to ensure your safety and satisfaction.

Shipping

Although we are working incredibly hard to get orders out in a timely fashion, we have noticed some delays with shipping carriers. The USPS and other shipping providers are also taking special precautions, and this may result in somewhat extended shipping times. USPS and other postal carriers are also prioritizing the shipments of essential goods, which may in some cases delay your order.

We know this can be frustrating, but rest assured your order is on the way. If you order does not arrive within 7 business days of your shipment notification, please feel free to reach out to help@thechivery.com.

For International orders, we are seeing some delays of up to 15 days for orders to process through customs due to safety precautions. During this time, orders will show no additional tracking information. If your shipment passes through this window with no additional updates, please let us know as well.
